The Mayor will address early childhood education providers, nonprofit executives, and policymakers at William Penn Foundation’s “Quality Talks” conference.  As local and national momentum for universal pre-K continues to build, educational leaders from Philadelphia, New York City, Denver, Cleveland and San Francisco will discuss ongoing efforts to achieve and sustain quality, early education for all children.
